Welcome!
Welcome to the online home of the Hans Rodgers for Grand Blanc Township Trustee campaign. We're glad you've found us and hope you stick around to find out just who Hans Rodgers is and what makes him the prefect trustee candidate, but you'll have to excuse our dust as we finish moving into our new website!

Thanks to the voters of GB Township !
I would like to personally thank all of the voters who came out to support the candidates for Township Trustee in yesterday's Primary. I'm pleased to have received 40% of the Republican vote and assure you that my winning opponent, Clark Kent, is a capable, experienced individual that deserves all of our support in the General Election on November 2nd. I will continue to provide leadership in the interim period and strive to finish several cost saving initiatives that I have underway with the current Board of Trustees. Let's work hard to help Clark get elected over the next few months and I'll pave the way for a smooth transition to his term. Hans

My Pledge to the Residents of Grand Blanc
I am proud to have been selected by the Grand Blanc Township Board as the newest Township Trustee in a unanimous decision on March 9th, 2010. I am committed to helping Grand Blanc Township live within its means and maximize the efficiency of its staff during these difficult economic times. I will continue to work with the Township Board and Department Heads to eliminate non-essential spending while striving to maintain the high level of services that make Grand Blanc Township a desirable place to live. Our immediate collective goal is to achieve a balanced, multi-year budget without reducing our total number employees if possible. This presents an extremely challenging situation due to the unprecedented loss in revenue from the continuing drop in home values and the corresponding reduction in the level of state revenue sharing for cites and townships. I am prepared to propose tough solutions necessary to accomplish these tasks and will stand unwavering in the defense of decisions that help maintain our quality of life and ensure sound fiscal policy for the coming years.

Thank You Residents of Grand Blanc
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the residents that dropped by the Hurst Heritage Gallery last Friday evening to enjoy the excellent food provided by Blackstone's Pub & Grill, the great music, and the opportunity to ask me any questions they had on their minds. The event was a huge success thanks to the tremendous efforts of the The Watson family and the multitude of volunteers that support my campaign for Township Trustee!
